Ready4Turnovers Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Ready4Turnovers (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, the client (“Client,” “you”) agrees to the following:

1. Services Provided
Ready4Turnovers provides short-term rental turnover cleaning services, including but not limited to general cleaning, bed preparation, trash removal, and property reset between guest stays. Additional services such as deep cleaning, laundry, or restocking may be provided upon request and may incur additional charges.

2. Scheduling & Property Access
Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking schedules, turnover dates, and clear access instructions (e.g., lockbox codes, keys, or entry details) prior to service. The Company is not responsible for delays or incomplete services due to lack of access or incorrect information.

3. Cancellations & Modifications
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or schedule changes. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Same-day cancellations may be charged in full due to reserved scheduling.

4. Property Condition & Additional Charges
Services are based on standard turnover conditions. Properties requiring excessive cleaning due to unusual mess, damage, or extended cleaning time may incur additional charges. The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client when applicable.

5. Damage Reporting & Liability
Ready4Turnovers is not responsible for pre-existing damage. Any damages or irregularities observed during service will be documented and reported.

While we take reasonable care in providing our services, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Supplies & Materials
Unless otherwise agreed, Clients are responsible for providing necessary supplies, including cleaning products, linens, and restocking items. The Company may assist with supply coordination or restocking upon request.

7. Payment Terms
Payment is due as agreed upon prior to or immediately following service unless otherwise arranged in writing. Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Independent Contractor Status
Ready4Turnovers operates as an independent service provider and may utilize trained contractors or team members to perform services while maintaining quality and reliability standards.

9. Right to Refuse Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond reasonable expectations, or if this Agreement is violated.

10. Agreement Acknowledgment
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
